These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of veralyncleaning.com (the "Site") and the cleaning services provided by VeraLyn Cleaning ("VeraLyn," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this Site or booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms.
VeraLyn provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including standard/recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, vacation rental turnovers, and commercial cleaning, across the Greater Phoenix Area. The specific scope of a cleaning is confirmed with you when you request a quote or book a service.
Quotes provided through this Site, by phone, or by email are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed before service begins and may be adjusted if the actual size, condition, or scope of the space differs from what was described.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a scheduled cleaning whenever possible. Late cancellations or repeated same-day cancellations may affect future scheduling availability.
You're responsible for providing our team with a reasonable way to access the property at the scheduled time (such as a key, code, or someone present to let us in). If we're unable to access the property at the scheduled time, the visit may need to be rescheduled.
Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the service.
If you're not satisfied with a cleaning, let us know within 24 hours of the visit so we can make it right. We'll work with you to address any reasonable concerns about the quality of a completed cleaning.
If you believe something was damaged during a cleaning, please notify us as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours after the visit, so we can look into it and work toward a fair resolution.
This Site and its content — including text, graphics, and logos — belong to VeraLyn Cleaning and may not be copied or reused without our permission. You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and not to submit false or misleading information through our forms.
Submitting an application through our Cleaning Jobs page does not guarantee an interview, offer, or position. Applicant information is used solely for hiring purposes.
To the extent permitted by law, VeraLyn's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
